Panzer’s, 2018
Jane Withers Studio was asked by Panzer’s, the legendary St John’s Wood deli, to develop a strategy that would redefine the brand’s DNA as well as set out a future vision that would secure its position as a favourite of London’s food scene.
The goal was to refresh the offer and environment without losing sight of the business’s renowned range, quality, expertise and service. Jane defined a new concept and creative direction for Panzer’s based on research into European and North American Jewish deli culture, and worked closely with the architects and designers throughout the re-design process.
