The London Fountain Co.
The London Fountain Co. is an enterprise devised by Jane Withers and Charles Asprey that seeks to bring beautiful drinking fountains back to the streets of London. Using the power of good design to inspire change, the fountain acts as environmental infrastructure that shifts away from the use of single use plastics to a more sustainable drinking water culture. With the prototype designed by Michael Anastassiades, our aim is for the fountain to become a much-loved feature of the London landscape, using familiar geometric forms and the robust nature of cast bronze to create a sculptural presence.
The launch of the prototype will take place at the Victoria and Albert Museum during London Design Festival 2018.
